IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING DELIVERY: repeated attempted delivery may incur a charge which we reserve the right to pass on so please ensure you provide us with an address for signature for ALL methods of shipment or a "LEAVE SAFE" instruction at your liability. We can send to a work address, friend of neighbour if your house is unoccupied during the day or we can leave by front porch, bins, in greenhouses, back garden etc. Most deliveries are made during working hours Monday-Friday, our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday.

|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept PayPal and Credit card payment via the secure WorldPay website: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Electron, Solo, Maestro. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail if you prefer.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling Standard Postage & Packing is £2.95 with a maximum charge to UK inland customers of £5.90 if items are heavy (over 1.4kg). We delivery within UK only. Shipping charges apply to UK mainland, courier charges will need to be quoted seperately for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and some parts of Scotland (the system doesn't calculate this so we might need to add a surcharge)|
|Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you in 1-2 working days and depending on weight, are usually delivered to your door in 3 working days.|
If you do not receive your product within 21 days of your order date you must make a claim immediately as outside of 30 days from despatch date we are unable to send compensation or replacement for non-receipt.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock - we will let you know if the delivery is going to be longer than a week and give you the option have a replacement colour or product or cancel that line item.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK - 20% VAT is added.|
