The chillow slips inside your pillow case to give you a cool surface when you are having night 'flushes'. I used to wake up at least 5 times a night but now I wake only twice and am able to go straight back to sleep when I find a cool bit. My daughter uses it to get migraine relief. Only problem is I wish I bought a twin pack.  Gill

I have been taking a teaspoon of Coconut Oil morning and evening for a month now and noticed a huge improvement to my whole digestive system within 3 days.  I suffer with Heartburn and Irritable Bowel Syndrome but have not done so since taking the Coconut Oil.  I eat it straight from the fridge and it tastes like Coconut ice cream!  I recommend it to anyone and hope you have as good results as I have.  My husband and son take it now too and within a few days noticed an improvement in their digestion and increased energy.  Do give it a try!  Rosie S

My daughter visited me this summer and gave me a tub of coconoil and at the age of 66 I have become hooked! I wish I had known about this product years ago. "I would just like to thank you for being my saviour, before i was introduced to the CHILLOW PILLOW my life was not very pleasant. I am going through the change of life and as every women knows the hot sweats at night, flushes through the day is very embarrassing especially when you are working along side men.
