Pre-Sport. To warm muscles use the hot pak or cherry pillow pre-sports. If you are prone to strains, make a blend using non-greasy aloe & seaweed gel with marjoram oil if tightness and cramps is your problem or black pepper oil for warming. Use 2 drops of pure essential oils per 5ml of base, use a glass ointment jar jar to store the blend if you want to make up smaller batches.

After Sports. To avoid stiffness either bathe in lemongrass oil (3 drops in a tablespoon of full fat milk then disperse in the bath) or make a blend using lemongrass and any base oil or aloe gel. 2 drops per 5ml of base product is a rough guide for blending amounts.
