Trade Login Account Request Form

In order to use the online shop you will need an account, we require the following information in addition to the form fields below.  Existing account holders should complete the fields and provide your account number or one of our invoice numbers in the comment field.

New customers must provide proof of trading status in order to set up an account.   Accounts cannot be set up without verification.

 
Aromatherapists/Massage/Beauty/Holistic Therapists- Please send copy of diploma or listing on website as registered therapist. 
 
Student Aromatherapists/Beauty/Massage Therapists - must be a diploma level (vocational) course - please send copy of your course receipt.
 
Retailers - please send company number, website listing or headed paper (private addresses may require additional proof of status).

*must be 6 characters or more (alpha or numeric of mix) and is case sensitive

** we must have proof of status before we can set you up so please fax, post or email your diploma, business card or company registration details (if you are listed on a website then the URL will suffice as proof of status)

Once you have set up your account login details you will need to go to the login section of the online shop in order to get trade prices.  If you simply order and enter your name & address, the system will not recognise you as a trade customer and standard retail prices will apply - we cannot then amend to trade prices - so please ensure you login - this is found as the last "button" on the right hand side under our banner.
