I have been taking a teaspoon of Coconut Oil morning and evening for a month now and noticed a huge improvement to my whole digestive system within 3 days. I suffer with Heartburn and Irritable Bowel Syndrome but have not done so since taking the Coconut Oil. I eat it straight from the fridge and it tastes like Coconut ice cream! I recommend it to anyone and hope you have as good results as I have. My husband and son take it now too and within a few days noticed an improvement in their digestion and increased energy. My daughter visited me this summer and gave me a tub of coconoil and at the age of 66 I have become hooked! I wish I had known about this product years ago. "I would just like to thank you for being my saviour, before I was introduced to the CHILLOW PILLOW my life was not very pleasant.
